by Ankita Garg The Samsung Galaxy S23 Series is expected to have a faster storage capacity, higher quality videos and other features. According to Samsung, the 2023 flagship series will arrive in February just as every year. Although the event is still far off, some details have been released online. These are the most recent updates about the Samsung Galaxy S23.
According to Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be able to record videos at 8K resolution. This feature was previously available on the older model. It was only available for the Ultra model, and both the Pro and standard variants of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series offer support for 4K 60fps. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra last year was capable of recording 8K video at 24fps. The new model is expected to be able to shoot 30fps.
Samsung will likely offer more storage options for high-resolution videos. This is because these videos consume more space. According to leaks, the Galaxy S23 Ultra may have 256GB of internal storage. This is a significant upgrade from the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 128GB base storage.
This new version will also include the latest UFS version 4.0 storage version, which is said to improve read and write speeds. Expect smoother performance from the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Series.
It is not expected that the Samsung Galaxy S23 will be able to charge faster than the older model. According to rumors, the company will only support wired charging at 25W and wireless charging at 10W. Samsung still offers its flagship phones with lower charging speeds, while Android phones starting at 30,000 have an 80W fast charger. The company should provide at least 65W fast charging support if it doesn’t wish to include a fast charger. People will be able buy fast chargers to quickly charge their phones.
Because of its compact size, the standard Samsung Galaxy S23 series variant might still offer a small battery. The original Galaxy S22 had a 3,700mAh battery, while the new model could have a 3,900mAh unit. According to leaks, the new Galaxy S23 series may also include a 3,900mAh battery. This battery is small and will eventually run out much faster. Even with moderate usage, the Galaxy S22’s batteries can run out quickly so people need to bring a power bank whenever they travel. People who are looking for a small smartphone will need to deal with battery issues. To extend battery life, the software of Samsung smartphones must be optimized. Samsung’s flagship chipset and its heavy One UI software get more battery.
