According to a news release issued by park officials on Tuesday, Jetal Agnihotri, a 29-year-old native of Tucson, Arizona, was found dead on Monday. She was located around 6 miles (9.6km) south of the spot where she was caught by floodwaters. Agnihotri was hiking with a group of friends in the famous slot canyon, the Narrows, when she was swept downhill by the Virgin River’s intense floodwaters.

Instead, Zion National Park MissingHiker Jetal Agnihotri has been found. Over 170 people participated in rescue operations during the four-day operation. The hospital admitted the injured hiker. After treatment, Zion National Park’s missing hiker was found dead at the hospital.
